Don’t tick every box? Apply anyway.

Research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups in deeptech often wait until they meet every requirement before applying. At ColibriTD, we see the list above as a starting point for a conversation, not a filter. What matters most to us is curiosity, drive and the perspective you bring. You’ll join an early-stage team bringing quantum computing to real-world multiphysics simulation, where ideas are shared freely and there’s plenty of room to grow.
